Shipping Policy

 

We offer 2 shipping options:

 1. If your order is available in our warehouse in your country:

  • Order processing time: 1-2 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery time: 2-5 days (Monday to Friday)

 2. If your order is not available in our warehouse in your country:

  • Order processing time: 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Delivery time: 7-10 days (Monday to Saturday)

Once you complete your purchase, we will deliver your order from our warehouse in your country if it is in stock. If the product is not available, we will ship it from our closest warehouse or from our manufactory in China where we keep all our products in stock.

Our warehouses operate from Monday to Saturday, and we process orders on the next working day after your purchase. We prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours.

If your ordered product is available in our warehouse in your country, it should reach your address within 2-7 days after shipping. If the product is not available in your country, it should reach your address within 7-15 days via express shipping.

We will send you a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can track your order in the "Track Your Order" section on our website.

 

Cancelling the Order

If you receive the order confirmation email and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you and refund the full amount without any deductions. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched. However, you can still return the order within 30 days after receiving it according to our return policy, which you can find on our website.

  

Changing the Address

You may request a change of address for your order until it is shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. However, you may contact the shipping company directly to request an address change.


Lost Package

In order to prevent the loss of your order, we send all orders with the obligation of delivery in return for sharing tracking number and signature of the receiver. However, in case your cargo is lost by the shipping company, we will refund the full amount you paid back to you. If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered to your delivery address, we cannot process a refund due to loss.

 

NOTE: The delivery times we have stated above are estimated and although the majority of the orders are delivered within the delivery times we have specified, sometimes delays may be experienced depending on the performance of the shipping companies.
