Item has yet to be received, and yet I was asked to rate the item, and ironically a reminder was sent to me to rate an item I have yet to receive.
I understand it is 7-10 Business Days, but when I sent a follow up email, I was informed it will take another 7-14 Business Days?
And then I was informed the item is from China? I thought Nixtic was a Malaysian brand, hence why I was supporting local by buying from Nixtic. I understand that items may be manufactured in different countries, but I think it is rather misleading marketing if you're adding Malaysia to all your Social Media pages.
As of the time of writing this, the item has yet to be received.

This is a great quality jacket and really keeps me warm. It also helps that it repels water so my clothes don't get wet and drenched when it's raining out. Not to mention, how light and extremely comfortable as well as cozy it is to wear this jacket.
